Having recently spent the Christmas holidays at the Kinira Beach Hotel in Thasos, I can heartily attest to its unique charm, particularly for those seeking a peaceful retreat amidst breathtaking scenery. The views from our room were nothing short of magnificent, allowing us to wake up to stunning sunrises and unwind at sunset, perfectly complemented by the delightful sounds of the nearby sea. Kinira is a tranquil village, where walking around offers a genuine taste of local life. The cozy beach, with its natural, untouched state, is ideal for those looking to bask in the sun away from the usual tourist hustle. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional staff-always friendly and eager to help us with the best local sightseeing tips. Breakfast at the hotel was a satisfying affair, enhanced by a classic yet diverse selection that catered to all tastes, and the outdoor swimming pool provided a relaxing spot to sip on a drink while enjoying the surrounding natural beauty. With its welcoming atmosphere and adorable resident cats, Kinira Beach Hotel is indeed a sanctuary for travelers like me, who yearn for a Mediterranean escape that tantalizes the taste buds while rejuvenating the soul.
